Is your skin prone to fine lines? age spots? Is there something you want to get rid of? When you get cosmetic procedures, you may be able to change how your skin looks and feels. Some people use heat to stimulate collagen production. Fill in wrinkles, use rollers to smooth out flaws, or do both.
These treatments don’t hurt as much as surgery does. Most of the time, they don’t need a lot of downtime either, but the price and how well they work can be different.
HIFU
High-intensity focused ultrasound is a relatively recent skin tightening cosmetic procedure. It involves the use of ultrasonic waves to induce collagen formation, resulting in smooth skin. People can see improvements after a few months of treatment, without the side effects.
Chemical Peels
Wrinkles, acne scars, rough skin, age spots, and freckles are all treated with chemical peels. A chemical solution is used to remove the damaged layer of skin during the treatment. Chemical peels vary in strength, from moderate to deep. The kind that is ideal for you is determined by the severity of your skin issues.
Alpha-hydroxy acids are used in mild peels. Trichloroacetic acid is used in medium peels. Both decrease the appearance of fine wrinkles and breakouts. Phenol is used to treat deeper scars and wrinkles. It delivers more dramatic effects than medium or light peels, but it takes longer to recover.
Botox & Fillers
Botox is produced by botulinum bacteria. Our nurse injectors use a very fine needle to inject Botox into facial muscles to eliminate wrinkles and creases. Botox freezes muscles and nerves responsible for creating wrinkles, temporarily leaving your skin refreshed and younger looking.
Fillers on the other hand, as the name suggests, fill the face giving you a more fuller and younger look. Fillers can be used for a face lift and even to plump up your lips! In addition to smoothing out wrinkles and folds, these injections may help soften deep folds and creases and provide instant results!
Microneedling
Microneedling is exactly as it sounds. Our aesthetician will administer a fine-needle roller to your skin, resulting in a large number of little tears. Puncturing your skin to promote collagen production to improve your skin’s appearance
Because collagen is the main structural component of skin, this procedure tightens and smoothes wrinkles and other signs of aging, making the skin look younger.
Laser Hair Removal
This routine procedure is typically not harmful to any part of the body, including the face. Hair that is darker absorbs more laser light. Lighter skin allows more laser light to enter the hair follicle.
However, many factors influence laser intensity and the number of sessions required. Your skin type, hair thickness and color, as well as the treatment area, are all factors to consider.
