Our goal is to provide quality aesthetic care to all our clients in a timely manner. No-shows, late arrivals, and cancellations inconvenience not only our existing esteemed members, but also those seeking to become one. Please kindly adhere to our policy regarding missed appointments.
When you book your appointment, you are holding a space on our calendar that is no longer available to our other members. In order to be respectful of your fellow members, please notify us as soon as you know you will not be able to make your appointment.
Your appointments for your prescribed treatment cycles/times are very important to us. We understand that sometimes, unexpected delays can occur, leaving you with no choice but to make schedule adjustments. If you need to cancel or change your appointment, we respectfully require at least a 24 hour notice from the time of your scheduled appointment.
How to Cancel Your Appointment
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please call us at (416) 850-0231 between the hours of 9am-7pm, Monday-Saturday, or alternatively, you may cancel your appointment through your integrated 3D lifestyle app by clicking on “Rescheduling/Cancellation”. If necessary, you may leave a detailed voicemail message.
A cancellation is considered late when the appointment is cancelled less than 24 hours before the appointed time. A no-show is when a member misses an appointment without cancelling. In either case, we will charge the member a flat missed appointment fee of $50.00.
If you are more than 15 minutes late for your scheduled treatment, we may not be able to accommodate you. In this case, the same cancellation fee will apply. We will do our very best to reschedule your service for another time that is convenient to you.
All cancellation fees will be charged to your credit card on file.
Management has the right to reverse/waive any fees circumstantially on a case by case basis.
